PAYMENT POLICY

SPSACSHOP or SPS ENTERPRISES and / or its associate entities have the sole discretion to provide the payment term. The payment must be first received by SPSACSHOP or SPS ENTERPRISES and / or its associate entities prior to its acceptance of an order. There is no credit given or agreed upon.

The payment shall be made by Credit / Debit Cards or Net banking or UPI or other payment modes like G-Pay, Paytm, etc. only. At present, Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not available for any products purchase in SPSACSHOP website

SPSACSHOP or SPS ENTERPRISES and / or its associate entities have all the discretion to cancel or deny orders arising due to any errors. Any errors during payment should be sorted by the customer with the payment gateway service provider. SPSACSHOP or SPS ENTERPRISES and / or its associate entities are not responsible for any failed transactions by the payment gateway service provider.

 CANCELLATION OR RETURN OR CAN USAGE POLICY

(B) Cancellation

Cancellation charge is applicable as follows:

(i) If Customer cancel the order where the delivery has not started yet, then 3% deduction is applicable from your total Order value.

(ii) Customer can request to cancel the order (calling our customer care support) where the delivery has already started and in-transit, then the full delivery charge per quantity will be deducted from your total Order value.

(C) Return

All our customers can return the product at the time of delivery only if items arrive in bad condition, damaged or leaked. Returns will only be offered if the product is in its original packaging, unopened, unused and returned with the same delivery driver on the same delivery day. We will take the returned product back with us and a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your wallet account, which is not applicable for Payments made upon delivery. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills on the site. No return / refund is acceptable for any product that arrives in good condition, and SPSACSHOP or SPS ENTERPRISES has the right to limit or refuse the acceptance of return of certain products at any time and for any reason.

SPSACSHOP or SPS ENTERPRISES strives to deliver all products purchased through its website Spsacshop.in in good condition and in best possible time. We deliver 6 days (Mon - Sat) a week, timings from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM, Sunday also working

Shipping and Delivery Policy

All Products purchased from the Site shall be delivered to the Member by the Logistics Partner engaged by SPS Enterprises. SPS Enterprises puts the best efforts to provide expeditious delivery of the products on the estimated arrival date while placing the order. However SPS Enterprises cannot accept liability or be held financially responsible under any circumstances for any delay in delivery regardless of cause of such delay.

All Products purchased from the Site shall be delivered to the Member by the Logistics Partner in 2-7 working. SPS Enterprises puts the best efforts to provide expeditious delivery of the products on the estimated arrival date while placing the order. However SPS Enterprises cannot accept liability or be held financially responsible under any circumstances for any delay in delivery regardless of cause of such delay.

LOCATION

We Provide delivery to Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala & Andhra Pradesh Member can pay using card, net banking, wallet and other digital mode . The Delivery time will take between 5-7 Business Days based on Courier delivery TAT Time.

A confirmation SMS and / or Email may be sent to the concerned modes you provided when you registered as a member. In the same manner, notifications may also be sent if your order has been placed or cancelled.

The time-slot mentioned is just an indication of the delivery in the range of time and the Company is not committing to deliver at any exact or specific time requested by any customer. We will make every effort to deliver within the time-slot stated in your order, but the Company will not be liable for any possible loss caused by late delivery.

All items are available for delivery within the areas and pincode mentioned in the website only. Products in  Spsacshop.in are readily available for sale as long as they are on stock. Any buyer shall be notified through Email or by phone for orders which cannot be fulfilled for the time being.

The products are delivered only on Monday to SUNDAY in a week. We do not deliver the product declared by SPSACSHOP or SPS ENTERPRISES.
